In these terms and conditions, the following words are used with the meanings stated below:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Or: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus may be forfeited.
• A bonus can only be used once and cannot be transferred to another account.
• l89bz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of l89bz will be considered final.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the account may be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

6.3 VIP Cashback

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• The decision of l89bz regarding VIP tier assignment is final.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets or playing games on l89bz:

• The amount of each bet must fall within the displayed maximum and minimum limits.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of a game, the game log will be considered the final evidence.
• In the event of a technical error, bets placed during the period of the error may be considered void.
• l89bz reserves the right to review transactions from the period in which any error in a game provider's server or software is detected.

• A bet cannot be cancelled after it has been placed, as real-time odds and events are subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89bz platform:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Using software, robots, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach system security through hacking, phishing or any other means.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform.
• Gaining an advantage through collusion or conspiratorial play.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing one's identity.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
